Program goals
After the program, you will reduce body volume, look visually slimmer, tone your core, glutes, and arms, feel stronger and lighter, and see real changes in the mirror and in your measurements.

This program is for you if you want to reduce body volume without strict diets, do not have the time or desire to go to the gym, prefer to train at home at a convenient time, have not worked out for a while or are getting back in shape, and want a clear system instead of random workouts.
