Hi, my dear fitness friends! A few facts to help us get closer and make training truly enjoyable. In real life, I’m exactly the same as on screen: genuine emotions and words from the heart.
Over 18 years ago, I took my first step into the world of fitness, and since then I’ve helped hundreds of women unlock their potential, build confidence, and fall in love with their bodies. My mission is to inspire longevity and reveal the body’s physical potential, developing strength and mobility, maintaining activity, and shaping a strong, healthy physique for years to come.

I combine strength and cardio/HIIT with Pilates, yoga, breathing, and core stability — for a functional, strong, and healthy body.

We work in 4–6 week cycles, setting clear goals and metrics, live sessions and recordings help maintain rhythm and track progress.

Every woman is unique. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions — instead, I create a path that fits your life, goals, and rhythm. Health is not just about diet and workouts, but harmony of mind, body, and spirit. Fitness is self-care, not punishment.
